- Client data: when you hire us, the business data your crew needs to work (emails, calendar events, CRM records). This is governed by your service agreement.
How we use it
- To reply to you, schedule your audit and send the information you asked for.
- To run, measure and improve our website and services.
- To pay referral partners and meet legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use client data to train public AI models.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us operate (hosting, email, scheduling, CRM, analytics and AI model providers), bound by confidentiality and data-processing terms, and authorities when required by law.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. We use least-privilege access, encryption in transit and activity logs.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or opt out of marketing emails, by writing to hello@thebackofficecrew.com. Residents of some states (for example California) have additional rights, which we honor.
